Massage
Yoga4all offer massage services which include; Aromatherapy Massage, Sports and Deep Tissue Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Natural Face Lift Massage, Indian Head Massage, Myofascial Release and The Bowen Technique in Leigh on Sea, Hockley, Rayleigh, Rochford and Southend.

Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy can be effective in helping with physical or mental ailments such as yoga for; back pain, shoulder pain, asthma, anxiety and depression to name a few.Yoga therapy begins with a consultation to establish client goals for yoga therapy including postural and movement assessments. A short manageable yoga programme will then be tailored specifically to the clients needs. The first session lasts for 75mins. Follow up sessions will consist of making slight adjustments to the practice, to ensure your individual needs are being met. Follow up sessions last for up to 60mins.

Reflexology
Yoga4all offer Reflexology and Pregnancy Reflexology in Leigh on Sea, Hockley, Rayleigh, Rochford and Southend. One to one appointments are available for booking contact us by email or call us on 01702 475700.
