Service Description

Sunday 19th December, 10.30am-3pm Join us for a festive retreat in the City of Southend. On arrival there will be refreshments. We will then start our 90min Yoga and Meditation practice. Following our practice we will have time to chat, chill and soak up the environment with refreshments and a buffet brunch. After brunch there will be a Christmas Door Wreath workshop where you will decorate a wreath to take away with you. Enjoy Bubbles and a mince pie while you create.
