Being a mother of 3, I have enjoyed pregnancy yoga throughout all my pregnancy’s and I have been teaching pregnancy yoga for almost 5 years and I feel privileged to all the amazing women that have come to my classes .

Yoga can help to reduce stress and anxiety which can help you feel more confident throughout your pregnancy journey and childbirth.
Yoga can help to decrease pain in your lower back, hips and ease headaches, nausea and shortness of breath.
With all poses and breathing exercises all safe for pregnant women.
Learning to focus on your breath can help you during childbirth and help with relaxation and to get a better night’s sleep.
On top of all the benefits that come with pregnancy yoga that help with your mind and body, it’s also a great way to build a new community and make friends and connections with other pregnant women.
