Gravity Yoga is a mat based targeted mobility training that involves long hold stretches.
It helps with stiff backs, tight hamstrings and locked up hips.
Poses are practiced completely relaxed, passively, so gravity does most of the work - hence the name.
These classes are hugely popular all around the world because they deliver flexibility results quickly.
Classes are designed for all levels, beginners welcome.
During class you will learn how to utilise the science of passive stretching to effectively change your body, improve posture and increase range of motion.
The practice is meant to supplement, not replace, other forms of yoga or exercise.
We are running a 4 week Online Gravity Yoga Course commencing Monday 27th July 6-7pm via Zoom, recordings of the sessions will be made available for you to repeat the practice during the course or catch up if you are unable to make the live classes.
