About the event
Situated in the Community Garden at Garon Park, there will be activities for all the family including;
- Yoga for Adults,
- Yoga for Kids,
- Yoga for Parent & Toddler,
- Yoga for Mum & Baby,
- Massage,
- Meditation & Drumming,
- Food Stalls and Traders.
The day will end with Live Music from The Procrastinators.
Bring a Mat or Chair for Yoga.
Doors open at 10.30am. Dogs are welcome on leads.
