Yoga4all offers yoga classes for all ages and abilities, as well as complementary therapies in Basildon, Leigh-on-Sea, Hockley, Rayleigh and Southend-on-Sea. We provide inclusive Yoga classes for; Adults, Children and Teens including Children's Yoga parties, Yoga for people with Special Needs, Yoga for Dementia, Chair Yoga, Yoga for Seniors and community yoga classes.

YOGA4ALL FOUNDATION
Inclusive Yoga for All with classes for all ages and abilities
The Yoga4all foundation was set up to give everyone access to yoga
regardless of age, ability or financial situation.
AIMS
Our aim is to provide a Physical and Mental health service to the community through Yoga.
To establish relationships with local community groups, charities, mental health services and social prescribers to identify needs and set up classes and programmes.
OBJECTIVES
Our objective is to bring yoga classes to those that otherwise wouldn’t be able to access them due
to various barriers. We teach self-care techniques, deliver chair and mat based yoga, adapted yoga and meditation to improve overall wellbeing.

YOGA4ALL COMMUNITY
Yoga4all Group Community Interest Company
Yoga4all Group is a small UK based Community Interest Company that was set up to support the Health and Wellbeing of the Community. We work with GP surgeries, Social Prescribers and Mental Health services to improve wellbeing through the delivery of Yoga. We deliver programmes as well as regular classes to address specific needs for example trauma, anxiety and depression, young people and adults with physical or learning disabilities, dementia and health conditions.
How can you Help
We rely on donations and funding to deliver these services. You can make a purchase from our shop, all profits from our merchandise go back into the community group or you can make a regular or one off donation. Yoga4all Group funds are used towards session delivery, administration, marketing and operation costs. With this core funding in place we are in in a better place to serve the needs of the community.

YOGA4ALL deliver subsidised yoga classes making them available to all.
Subsidised classes are priced at £5.
